The cost for Claimtrak is determined by the amount of claims and claims support required by your organisation. Claimtrak is available on an annual license basis, monthly installments that fit your budget or part of a bundled outsourced claims management service.

Yes. Most of our clients actually prefer Claimtrak to handle all of their claims management as an outsourced service. We call this our Bundled Service. Yes. Claimtrak keeps a central hazard register. This combined with the Job Safety Analysis and Risk Control Plans means that you know what needs to be done and when.

Yes. In fact, we can tailor reports to your needs. From high level board reports through to detailed claims management matters, Claimtrak will keep you informed, We also provide Key Performance Indicators on how our Bundled Service team are going, so you can be comfortable we are a safe pair of hands for your business.

Perfect! Claimtrak works at its finest when it integrates seamlessly with your business. We can work with you to ensure we capture all the information you need, including using all of your existing documentation. We also may suggest some new information you might want to capture to make your monthly reporting more meaningful.
What format is Claimtrak available?
Claimtrak is available as a remote desktop application, ensuring the security of your data and privacy obligations.
Are updates free of charge?
Yes, for our clients that are on our 12 month or greater package options. There is no charge for Claimtrak updates. All remote desktop updates appear immediately.
The regulatory environment is always changing. Is Claimtrak always up to date?
Yes. Absolutely. Claimtrak is 100% compliant with State and Territory Workers’ Compensation Insurance legislation. Since the Claimtrak solution has all of the regulatory required forms and procedures resident within it, any changes to regulations and/or forms are automatically updated. Claimtrak’s Safety Model has also been built around ANZS4801: Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ANZS4360: Risk Management.
